Plants4Presents is a family business based at our Sussex Nursery near Newick. The web site was launched in 2004 by Isobel Rae who wanted to combine her IT experience with a lifelong enthusiasm for plants to provide a complete plant gift delivery service. With a strong background in web design, Isobel has sought to make the website as easy to use as possible with clear illustrations of actual plants in stock combining the best of technology with good old fashioned customer support and service.

Over the last few years Plants4Presents has steadily expanded and in September 2006 we moved into our current 2 acre nursery in Sussex.

Over time, our team has grown so that alongside Isobel, Emily and Chris Rae we now also have a team of plant growers and packers who help ensure your plant is fed, watered, gift wrapped and even sung to by Julie before it is safely packed up for its journey to you.

The move to the new nursery has allowed us to grow more of our own plants and this year we have grown a large range of insecticide free chilli, tomato, banana and pepper plants from seed. We are currently in organic conversion with the soil association and will be able to provide a whole range of organic certified plants by 2008.
